Ruined orgasm by non-sexual thinking

Is it possible to ruin an orgasm by doing this:

You receive the same amount of stimulation by touch but you think of something non-sexual during the entire orgasm.

That wouldn't feel good would it? I know for a fact that if your getting stimulation before orgasm, it only feels good if your thinking sexually.

Would stimulation of the penis + non-sexually stimulating thoughts feel good?
