I honestly think it is JUST the 4.5 range that might be as you say "bork"
I have double checked lower filter levels
and all of them seem to work.
This is probably doe to the fact that there are NO teases above 4.5
usually the filter works like 3.5 or Higher rating
so with Nothing higher then 4.5 this, perhaps is causing a glich.
Next time try 4.0 for your maximum rating.

Yeah, I just noticed that when I was messing around, thought if one was a little broken, the others might be too

We are currently adding 1 to the vote count when calculating the filter. So teases with very few ratings will tend to get filtered, even if they are above the filtering threshold. Furthermore, currently no teases with less than 10 votes will get filtered at all. As I mentioned we'll tweak and debug all of this in the future.
The webtease browser settings currently aren't linked anywhere. We're going to test this feature for a while and eventually add a link to these settings from the Webteases section.
If you hover the mouse over the "Stars" next to the rating you will see the total votes and this explains why those low ratings appear.

As les said - the filter doesn't filter any tease with less than 10 votes. Just go ahead and rate those old FlashTeases, once they have ten ratings they'll disappear!
