When there are typos, I pretend that it's done intentionally to indicate an accent. :-D

Try it:

See? Problem solved. :punk:

PS: No, Markita Ibarra doesn't actually talk like that. Interview & pics where I get the img from: http://stars.ign.com/articles/621/621863p1.html

Mistresses are about discipline, and discipline is about attention to detail. Nobody's going to write you a nastygram, and there's no thunder from they sky if you make a typo or two. That's why it's even more important to not look like a slob. Consistently sloppy spelling is going to make it harder to believe the tease, especially if it involves a top.

shorter: How can you be my superior if you can't even spell?

Given the plethora of word processors with spell and often grammar check.

Including the likes of firefox itself.

There are even web sites that will do this for you.
I can accept a wrong word that is correctly spelt because of English be a second language and the word sounds correct.

if you type a word and add Def
in google
it will give you the meaning

I expect some of you will have "Googled" some of the words in this post.

Surely this means that bad spelling is sign of pure laziness and/or ineptitude.
I for one will not countenance a lazy sub

*shrug* I'm fine with all that. I posted an explanation of my coping strategy when reading webteases that I find both funny and useful. I wasn't defending myself or anyone else, nor typos in general. So... I find my post, and the responses thus far, to be both valid.... and unrelated.

Or maybe I'm misunderstanding; is it related? (e.g. Maybe you feel that a coping strategy for people who read webteases with typos is bad because it might relieve pressure on web authors?)

@camel
Reread you post and thought on.

Do you mean deliberately adjusting the phonetic spelling to give the words an "accent"
If that is the case they are not really "typos".
Sorry for my dur-brain moment.

@Haggard
I don't make web teases I leave that to sexy/all2true.

I do real time and one on one tease and denial with my serfs.

Saying that does not mean I decry good work by others in their preferential methods.

I dont mind bad english, like when you can tell the writer isnt native in the language...and yeah, usually the voice I hear just has a foreign accent while I read it.

What I hate is lazy typos like "no wtuch your dic kthen salp yuor balls an dthen edgef".
Errors that have nothing to do with how well you know the language, or how good you are at spelling, but just show that the author didnt even bother to proofread the tease before publishing. I find that really distracting.

I'm the same as cumhardy on this one.
The obvious, non-native speakers messing up a word here and there don't bother me all that much. Hey, they write English better than I write...well, whatever their native language is.

The lazy kind of typos that cumhardy mentioned....I'll let a few go without marking down. Nobody's perfect and I'm sure I've missed some in my work here and there too. But it's fairly obvious when the author is just being lazy and doesn't bother to check his/her own work before publishing. I won't necessarily give it a 1, but it definately won't get a 5 either.

They write English better than half of the native English speaking population do. :lol:

Half of both America and England are illiterate.
