While I was browsing the web, I stumbled upon a forum discussing a Polish school's regulation for all their male students to wear a Viriguard chastity jockstrap. Your junk would rot off in a belt like that. No way to clean anything and the smell would be abhorrent. You wouldn't have to worry about chastity, the over powering scent of smeg would keep everyone at least five feet away from you.
