Hi all, I play teasing and denial solo at the moment and i was wondering...

What ways do you use to let your orgasm be decided at random? I want to use some random system that will decide some things for me but its difficult to find a balance in that. So id like to hear what you use.
what do i need?
something that tells me how long i should be denied or something that checks everyday if i can cum yes or no.
something that tells me if I can play at all that day.
something that tells me if I get a full orgasm or ruined as soon as it's decided I get to cum.

I would think the simplest - non-technical solution, would be a simple deck of playing cards. Think about the frequencies and ratios you want, but something like this:

Go do some tease, or setup some "common task" for the day: (ie 1,000 strokes, +10 edges or something).
Then, get to edge, and draw 1 card (max 1 / day :) )

Joker = Cum.
Heart = Ruined.
Club = Some CBT - slapping, squeezing, whatever.
Spade = nothing, off the hook.

Again, adjust for your style, you could even have each individual card be some task or such.
