Do cages effect penis size?

Does wearing a chastity cage for a prolonged period affect penis size or function in any way? 
No it doesn't affect penis size, if you are already fully grown up. As for function - who knows what'll happen if you wear it for years. People wear it for months, I know.
Personally I'd recommend taking it off from time to time to let it rest a bit. Doesn't mean you have to do anything sexual.
