Hello eveyone, I've been silently slaving away to create a better version of my work out. I learned a lot from the last one and I give you Volume 2.

This is a (Medium High Quality) render for those who prefer less hard drive wastage but the same high video standard

Part two revisits some earlier scenes getting more hardcore

The changes that I made are:

Less eye of the tiger

The text colour and font of the teases

One other important thing is the addition of encouragement and instructions for you guys in round 2.
The instructions are new and I am not sure if they will work but please feedback as that the way things get better
The video will ask you to pump Freestyle (your own choice), faster or slower and with longer or shorter strokes.

I think there needs to be a written rule where Eye of the Tiger can no longer be played ever. This song has been so over played it actually does me physical pain every time I hear it.

Can't wait to try this when I get home. I wish people would stop complaining, tbh if you can't hear a beat in dance music you have no right to be listening to music! Go away and have you ears cleaned out or have some drum lessons until you can hear the beat and them enjoy

I created this because I thought that some people would like to have the same stye CH montage tease but without the rules, Free-style if you will.

CONFESSION I am constantly cheating at CH because I want to get to the end.

If you like this is your 1hr warm up. I would be interested to know if people get to the end too easily or not. Its hard for me because I created it and I know whats comming next.
