Anyone could help me with shoelace: how I have to use it, are there some instruction (pictures, video, web link ...) to tight cock and balls in different ways? Thanks

Most of the time it's pretty straight forward - the author either wants you to tie up just the balls, just the cock, or some combination of both... Usually this is specified in the tease, if not, you can usually assume it's meant for you to tie up your balls only, both balls together.
