Opening Cock Hero File

OK, clue me in. How do you open the Cock Hero Ultimate file?
I have it downloaded. However, the Opera 11.50 browser won't open the file. I've also tried extracting the file with a .rar extraction tool but the file only extracts about a quarter of the way and then I get a message stating the file is broken.
Any ideas?

You must unload every file in the version you want into their own folder.
then extract the first one and the others will be automatically extracted and stitched together,

Download winrar or 7zip and use them to extract it. Make sure all the parts are in the same folder.
