CH stands for Cock Hero.
It's a series (well multiple series now) of video teases where you stroke to the beat of a song which plays during a video (usually of a girl or girls dancing/stripping/generally sexing it up) to the music. The goal is to not blow your load, which can be a real challenge in some of them (not that you'll mind losing that much).
All the videos are great and I highly recommend giving them a try. Andyp and Vindicare both do excellent work.
p.s. Human, great find with that video.
