Well, don't know it from my own experience. But some say its pretty amazing.
This thing looks pretty much like a medical tens unit though. So try to figure out what it is.
If it is a medical unit, it is probably sold cheaper somewhere else.

I tried some e-stim devices.

I have that exact same model! Yes it was worth the money. Curiosity may have killed me otherwise. Very pleasurable and can be quite intense at the higher settings.
