Audio in CockHero-Vids

Hi!
I have the following problem:
My external WD-TV-Player doesn't support all audioformats in the videos.
Videos with .mp4-ending works fine. But with .wmv ending it says that the audio-codec isn't supported. Can I convert the Audio-streams in those files?
