I'm really hung over today and in general just cranky as hell. I'm not always mad at the world when i'm hung over but today I am for sure. I noticed when the volume kept changing from loud to quite while I was watching a tv show. It really pissed me off. That's about when I noticed i was going to be pissed off at the world all day.

So since I'm going to be mad all day I thought I would find out what you like to do when you're mad?

I have a few things I always enjoy doing when i'm mad. First I like to call my credit card companies and ask for lower interest rates. This is always fun but normally doesn't end in getting better interest rates. Something about trying to convince the credit card company that it was their fault my bill wasn't paid on time makes me giggle.

I also like to watch YouTube videos of other mad people. One of my favorites is

I've seen these videos a bazillion times and they never get old.

So far today I've called my credit card companies and as expected it was a lot of fun and by the way Fuck You Shank of American just in case you're here. Then I cleaned up empty beer cans and put the house back together. This didn't take very long since most of the party was out side. I tried watching tv for a while but that just pissed me off.

So now I'm trying to figure out what I want to do with the rest of the day.

What do you like to do when your mad?

Honestly, I don't get mad at other people, but it becomes reflected by lack of patience. Things I do to get better. Nothing really helps too much. I might piss about all day, until I fall asleep, and wake up feeling refreshed. Sometimes I pull out the motorcycle and leave all the crap behind for a little while. Last time, I took my keyboard and tried my hardest to smash it by jumping on it. Didn't work, actually. I am surprised it is still completely functional!

Sometimes, due to being human, sometimes you just want to take your anger out on an inanimate object. If you have a slingshot or bb gun, it can be those buckets laying around in the backyard. Or it can be those cans that need to be crushed if you want to spend some time stomping around. At least for me, it can be a huge stress relief. Of course don't break or damage anything that is valuable, or not yours, and so on. I have at least three other equally crappy keyboards, for example.

It depends on what or who made me mad. If someone made me mad, I will listen to Phil Collins, "I don't care anymore" song, over and over again.

Sometimes I will clean like crazy too. When I have chilled out, my house is clean, at least. *giggle*

I don't get mad often, and I don't stay mad for very long, usually...but when I do...look out!!!

I rarely get mad at people mainly because I don't get emotionally attached to anything or one all that well. Plus I'm really easy going so it takes someone really that's pretty determined to get under my skin. I think to make up for that I wake up pissed off sometimes.

If I don't figure it out on my own my wife can point it out to me pretty quick. I don't rage and break things but its very contagious to those around me.
