You can only delete if there is no post after yours.
So for your first post to be deleted we would have to delete ours in reverse order.
You can remove the content of a post and leave a word or two but if anyone has quoted or copied, that remains in their post.
For further details perhaps Seraph0x will elucidate us mere mortals.

I just wanted to find out how milovana registers the time a post is made. There are users from all around the world here and they all see the same time so..

The time you see in any post is the time according to your settings.
I Believe the default is UTC or GMT.
Not the time zone or settings of the poster.
NB summer/winter/daylight saving, is a manual adjustment you must make yourself.
