Well...I can only say what has worked for me.

The first time, I tried to eat my own, I shot it straight into my mouth and swallowed. That wasn't actually that hard. However it seems that you have problems with that.
My advice would be to go slow. Cum in a cup or something and try a taste. However it's mostly a mental barrier, that you can overcome with willpower alone. If you want it enough you will just do it.
