Of course it is.

Although the general muscle group you use to stop peeing is the same you would use to stop pooping, there are several minor muscles involved which you can learn to isolate and use "separately"

Also there are several other more or less obvious factors involved, such as how much you actually need to poop vs how much you need to pee. It also boils down to timing. By letting the need to do either one come, resist it, wait for the urge to subside, then relax and let things take their course, you can control when you allow things to happen vs. when you actually need to. That also allows you to somewhat control one from the other.

I've never been into neither toilet activities sexually, doesn't work for me at all, but it never hurts to know your own body properly

Considering members of this site will have had 18+ years of pooping and peeing experience, its strange that these questions manage to come up...
