but plug not staying in

i have a problem with my but plug it doesn't really stay in when im moving around or standing up but fits pretty nice and can put it all the way in if i stay laying down it doesn't come out so i want to try and keep it in for longer pirod of time but don't want to just lay in bed to keep the thing in

You want a "bottlenecking" plug, with a thicker body and a thinner neck, or you want to strengthen your PC muscles.

Oh my, that is quite a gem! I love this quote from the site's description of it:

the plug may look like fun, but unfortunately we all need to go to toilet from time to time, so it's more like a fetish play then real thing.
