Tease list score filter

Considering that the suggestions made in http://www.milovana.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=7364 to reduce spammy teases have a number of obvious drawbacks, I propose a different approach:
By default, filter out all teases in the tease list that have more than 20 (or so) votes and a score below 1.5 stars. There can be an additional option next to the "sort by" options to show filtered out teases. With this, spam and really bad teases doesn't clutter the list for most users, while no additional moderation effort or hoops for authors to jump through are added. As filtered teases can still be displayed with an additional click, it isn't really censorship either.
While there is already a sort-by-score function, this would be preferable, as it allows looking for new teases with the bad one filtered out, instead of only listing the best ones.
