I kind of liked the concept, but the downside of this tease for ME was the choice of models. I didn't find them sexually appealing. So it's a taste mismatch here. 
Yeah, the introduction was very promising. I love the hole prison/institution setting.
But the models weren't that hot, and I wished there would have been more pain and more choices that get you into trouble. The cruciatus and the simpkins series are very good examples of that kind of teases.
Maybe look at those for some inspiration.
