I have the same experience as Shell - removal of stimulation at the key moment definitely leaves me frustrated (maybe even angry depending on my mood at the time). And I have to agree than an ice cube is far more likely to trigger an orgasm than it would be to ruin one. Well depends on how long.. and what kind of denial..for a guy.
I have also found my self getting "bitchy" with Long term denial and no milking
