In other words: They need to reinstall the server, but they may be able to copy over the old data (means we can hopefully rescue our server settings etc.)

What was the actual problem? I will definitely download and save all log files and start looking for clues as to what may have caused this. Until then I don't want to speculate.

FYI, the ability to change options has disappeared from the chat.

at the mo it just says connecting but doesnt sorry to be a pain & i know its sunday night and all (well definitely sunday where ever you are!)

haha well i feel its important we celebrate our brilliance publicly its perfectly healthy

When I was on Chat room, a while back
I was on chat and had anouther page
For Milovana.
After a while of not doing anything on main Milo page
I would be automatically logged off
And then not to long after, chat would get wierd

Not sure if same problem.
Or if was a local server issue.
