Interesting. Seriously, he tries to rob the place and then the guy has the balls (or lack thereof), to want to charge her for sexual assault. He got a lot of sex for a full 2 days, with the downside of getting his balls squeezed or damaged, serves him right. Screw him?

That's probably bullshit though. I can't imagine things like:
1) Noone on the office goes with the girl - we have survived difficult times in Russia, and there's pretty big fear and caution inside all people, because 15 years ago you could be killed for a few cash and the culprit would go free. I can't imagine WOMEN letting her handle the burglar alone. They'd be guarding him all together, and also call men to help.
2) Her keeping him in a storeroom for 2 days. Transporting to other place is unreal too.
3) A burglar that would go to police to report her? Come on! Would he want to go to jail for a little bit of damage? Maibe a few bruices? I don't think so. If there were something real it would be written. Even in russia bears are not that stupid.
