I guess there is a bug if you do it up to the milking in the basement. After stroking 4 strokes per second, you find yourself somewhere near the beginning of this tease.

There is also a bug in the reward sequence for completing the test. After the 6th image it jumps to a complete different part of the tease. In particular it takes you back to the meating with Dr. Schmidt.
