Two really effective ways to stroke and edge

This thread is to report on some cool new ways to abuse your cock (ya'rite like you haven't been abusing it too much already).

Okay.. Assume today is your spew day. You're horny enough that you know you can't go another day, so you decide to reward yourself with a big one. Or multiples. Whatever.

You'll do as many sets of three edges as possible. Here's how you do it:
1. Stroke at a brisk pace. Your head is already pretty wet, so this should feel awesome. Continue until you edge or come super-close to an edge.
2. Take five normal breaths. (Do not rush by hyperventilating.) This is about 10 seconds.
Do that three times and then:
Take ten normal breaths. The last five would take longer than the first five as your heart rate goes down. This is about 30 seconds.

That is one set.

A good way to keep count is to countdown the sets, e.g. set 10, set 9, set 8, etc instead of counting up. I can't explain the psychology behind this very well, but it works really well for me. Apparently, alot of athletes practice this as well.

Sooner or later you're going to feel so good that you just can't hold back. So keep track of how far you lasted so maybe you can try to exceed that on your next spew day. A good progression MIGHT be 10 sets of 4 edges - ATM I can't even do 5 sets of 3 edges, so I don't know how 10 sets of 4 is going to feel. I imagine it would be really challenging.


Okay here's method Two. We'll assume you have had a few good cums in the last few days and as such have plenty of self control in you.
1. Put on your favorite stroke material and start going at it normally until you get pretty wet.
2. Keep stroking normally until you feel an edge coming on.
3. Now you're gonna change the way you stroke. Do one stroke up and down. When you reach the bottom, pause for an instant and clench your PC muscles once (like you're doing Kegels). That's one stroke. Do as many strokes as you can until you feel your arousal getting thin.
4. Now stroke normally, fast and true, until you get close to an edge.
5. Repeat from from step (3), but this time, pause and clench at the top instead of the bottom.

Keep alternating between normal stroking and the 'enhanced' stroking. For the 'enhanced' stroking, keep alternating between the pause and clench at the top and at the bottom.

This should be useful to people who like edging for long periods since it introduces some variety into the monotony.

And lastly, here's a modification to the 'enhanced' stroking which will increase the pleasure, but you won't last as long:
1. Stroke up-and-down or down-and-up, whichever it is.
2. Pause an instant.
3. At the SAME TIME, clench your PC muscle and start the next stroke.

Keep repeating that at a steady rhythm. You should feel like the pauses and the strokes are blending into and enhancing one another. I can keep it up for about a minute tops, probably less. YMMV.

This should feel really nice, nicer than the plain 'enhanced' stroking, but not as nice as conventional stroking.
You will edge faster than with the plain 'enhanced' stroking, but not as fast as with conventional stroking.

To summarize, this 'enhanced' method of stroking is a good way to have more control over your pleasure and how close you are to the edge.
