IDK who she is but you can view just the pic and save it to your PC...then go to
freeones.com and to their forums and post the same question with the pic.
That's what I always do when Idk one...

Tineye is also a great way to find out the name of a model. upload the photo and they'll match it on the web.

Another place to look are some of the model picture/video forums, although it does help to know a model's name or alias, sometimes you can find them based on which of the various online sites market a model's pics. I search PeachyForum. There you can find a bit more of Ruslana:
