I have had one of these before.. TBH it's just a cheap funnel that you can get at any auto store combined with a leather strap. You can make one for under 10 dollars.

I haven't experienced the gag pictured, we have one of the gags that has snaps on it to attach a strap on. There happens to be a hole through the gag for breathing. One time while I was restrained my wife brought me to orgasm and collected it in a shot glass. She then took out a small green funnel, put it in the breathing hole and poured it in..
I am one to always resist consuming my cum so she really got me when she did this.
In my opinion, the strap on gag is way more functional than the one pictured earlier in the thread, but I suppose depending on the volume it could be preferred.
