then I read it.... .....
bdsmperm wrote:Hello! Do you have copies of Rakhee, Tania or shower routines for Cybermistress? If you do, could you please send them to me, if it's possible...
Now the site was taken down by the person who ran the site.
I Assume the person writing me is NOT the author of the routines he/she is requesting.
I was not quite sure If I sould PM seraph...
but I deciede to post in forums.
To see if others have recieved this message or anyone like it.

Well, most of the scripts aren't his, and since the site is down, it would be impossible to track the authors.
Sharing the scripts in a personal context (e.g. giving them to someone you've met on this site, but not publishing them) would be legal at least under some copyright laws anyway. And even if it's not, it's probably not more of a stretch of the rules as the use of free images on this site, because most of them are probably not explicitly free for retribution. But that's just my two cents.

"giving them to someone you've met on this site, but not publishing them"
Distribution rights are (next to publishing rights) solely in the hands of by the copyright holder, whether it be the author or license holder. I gotta give you that about the images on Milovana: I don't think the copyright holders of those are very charmed about its use on this website. But then again, they should: I for instance sometimes check out the website a picture set came from. Others may even buy a subscription.
About the message: I did not get one in my inbox.

As mentioned in another topic: I don't mind if content NOT created by me is shared.
I do condone the distribution of any CyberMistress version (the actual Mistress.exe file) and any of the sessions I've created for it. Private distribution is still distribution.
The copyright / wishes about what happens to content belongs to the original author.
So I do advise to try to get in touch with the original author somehow. Most are registered at various sites.
But I don't mind if their content is shared with their consent. :)
