I don't have any
'training' teases but I do have this one
I wrote as a punishment for failing any of my other teases
that has you use a plug in a bondage situation

There's quite a few out there. Just use the advanced search options and narrow down teases with the anal and dildo tags.
Recently the "My little ass boy" series by Sxxx_fxxx was good.
