thanks for the tips. I see they're both sites that require registration, which I prefer not to do.
However, I did register on http://www.pornorip.net, and though the porn is mainstream I was impressed by the speed. I had torrents downloading at 1MB/sec (i have optical fiber at home).
So i guess I'll try the suggestions too.
