Last month my friend was admitted to the hospital due to testicular torsion.it occurred while playing football.
The doctor told me that some people are born with a tendency for torsion. For such people even mild impacts to the testis can be critical.
This really alerted me to the risks of cbt and i have refrained from doing such teases since.
what do you guys think.

P.S
it would be nice if more teases come up with lesser torture techniques like nipple torture, for the faint-hearted like me.

its really a personal decision. if one is careful and understand one's limits then its fine.
I really do like the idea of more teases with nipple torture. Hope someone is gonna come up with a special tease

This is a fantasy and the stories are too...I try and do most of the things "told" to me. But I know my limits and there are a lot of things I will not do...heavy cbt, anal, humiliation (esp public) and the list goes on...
Do what you feel like you need to do...we are all writers here, I would never be offended if someone said that they refused to do something in one of my teases....

Actually, that's a VERY sensitive and very fragile area, and such... games... should be performed only by healthy people. Unfortunately that's true that someone may endure a serious ballbusting session, while other may have SERIOUS health problems from a mild slapping.
This is a very sensitive area, and that's for the reason, not just nature's joke. And yes there is people who shouldn't even think of CBT for their own sake. No matter how careful they may be.
Would you squeeze and spank and smash and pull your eyeball for fun? I don't think so. Well I have a news for you - testicles only a very little bit less fragile. I should say that ANY cbt is dangerous for you, let alone if you have some problems (even ones you don't know about) in that area.
But hey, no one would care until it's too late.
Bottomline - if you want to start CBT - reconsider. If you can't - visit a doctor to find out if it's ok for you to do sports (tell him you want to play soccer but heard that rumour and want to check out if it's OK for YOU).
And not ANY doctor will tell you that actuall cbt is ok. no matter what limits you put. It's not.

Can a doctor tell if someone is predisposed to testicular torsion?
Anyhoo, slaveashish have a look at this:

In general, suddent pulls to the testicles must be avoided. There are a lot of teases here which say "tied a bottle filled with water to the balls and drop it", Very dangerous and should be avoided; I am conidering asking the mods to put a FAQ and to ban this activity.
Ballbusting is indeed a relatively risky form of CBT. But there are lots of ways in which CBT can be done with far lesser risks.

Yea. He may require some tests to go through tho, but that's much better than injuring yourself.
