It does for me for sure! I have many more erotic dreams when denied, but I become so excited during sleep that
I wake before there is any .... unauthorized night emissions. So I wake almost every hour with a raging hard-on, smile in my denial, roll over and go back to sleep (both when free & when locked)! But I'm sure we are all different. Don't you think?
