After a few hours after an orgasm, my penis hurts a little bit if I get erect again. The pain is kinda dull, like a "muscle burn" pain. The pain is only for the duration of the second erection, and the stiffer the erection the more the pain. It is never too bad, but it can get somewhat unpleasant.

Is this normal?

Well, not knowing you or your methods, I cannot say for sure. But with me, when I play for extended times..... several hours or all weekend, I do occasionally have a soreness that comes with the next erection or two. I've attributed this to prolonged erections, as those can be dangerous (see 'Propriatism'). Imagine digging a ditch all weekend... parts of you will be sore the next day or two. Same concept. From what I've experienced, like with any workout regimen, the more I play (up to a point, that is), the less it eventually hurts afterwards... similar to working out muscles (stamina training?). More practice and longer (but safe) play periods have usually helped reduce soreness over time in me.

However, when locked in chastity for duration... over a few weeks or months... I feel like my penis decreases in stamina. So the next time I do play, especially if for hours, I do become sore with my next erection. I have to build it back up, use it. I can also become sore if I use a very tight grip instead of a medium grip. When I play like this, I go soft for 5-10 minutes or more every hour... even keeping ice or cool water handy. Safety first. Are you on any meds/drugs... viagra, cialis, etc? These can certainly be an issue or contributing factor & dangerous. Hopes this helps.

Have it a little sometimes. Think it's ok, nothing serious tho. I think it's another way our body is trying to discourage us from orgasming too often (the same reason is for oversensitive cock head). It just needs time to refill your balls. And I think that little discomfort is for that reason - but that's not official, just IMHO.

Interesting, I thought I was normal, part of refractory period, (and hence I've never seen a doctor.
And the "pain" is no related to lenght of "play". The only thing which matters is if there was an orgasm recently. And the pain/discomfort is in the shaft "muscles". The pain becomes greater if I tense up the penis. Its pretty much like the penis want to relax after a workout, if that makes sense.

This issue has been there ever since I started orgasming as a boy. No medication. I just assumed this was normal.

Sometimes after teasing for a long time, like a couple of hours, and then cumming, its burns when I pee. Dunno if this is normal, I just assumed it was friction or some kinda irritation from jerking for too long...

I've had this ever since my first ejaculation, I think it's normal, because when I tease longer it gets stronger so I assumed it's due to overworking.

Hey, you may have been right.
I've been getting plenty of "exercise" recently, and yesterday I managed to do quick whack offs, 8 in 10 hrs. No pain. My previous best was like 4 in 10hrs and 12 or so years back
