its different for everyone. are you looking for something with extreme CBT? I remember one with a statue woman that instructed people to smash their balls with a hammer against the table. (I can't find it now)
Some teases are so extreme that its obvious that the instructions can't be followed correctly.

ahhh extreme,
a word that is oftern used but not realy understood properly
extreme is based around a personal perception
for example i think scat play goes beyond extreme into just outright disgusting. yet others think its the best thing ever and is totaly normal.
others find things whichj to me are fantastic fun to be totaly unatainable. and can never be dreamed of.
ie according to some i am an extreme sport nut as i scuba dive. yet to me its the simplist thing in teh world
with no knolage of you whatso ever i would say that possibly the most extreme tease i have tried is the 2 hour stroking chalanged from a pure tease and denial aspect.

Don't know if its extreme but the tease that pushed me the most on the pain/ commitment front was Cat and Mouse by Lockaboy. Its got a hell of a lot of punishment in it and the girl is smoking hot!
