So, I've decided to do my first ever experiment with long-term denial. No cumming for the entire month of November. None.

I'm looking for suggestions for some teases I could do during this time, I'm thinking I'll do 1 or 2 a week for the month, so I'll need I dunno, 10-15 good suggestions to pick 7 or 8 teases?

I ask because I'm relatively new to tease and denial and to Milovana, so I don't really have many teases in mind, and because I have fairly specific limits.

I need a relatively low degree of difficulty. I haven't trained myself to hold off edge and orgasm for very long yet, so teases that start off "500 FAST strokes, slave, NOW!!!" are just way to hard for me. For example, the recent Flashtease 'Stroking for Ashlynn' is by far the absolute HARDEST tease I've ever managed to actually finish, so that's my upper, upper limit.

Things that I do NOT like:
Anal. I'm kind of intrigued by it, and maaaybe I'll try it someday, but not yet. Also, I don't own any toys.
Feet. I hate feet. I think they are absolutely disgusting. It's weird, I know, but no foot-fetish teases, please.
No heavy CBT. I'm okay with basic tying and squeezing, but not too much, and no slapping, please, I just can't handle it.
No shemale/gay/cuckold/grossout teases... that stuff does not turn me on.
Awful grammar and spelling in webteases bugs me, although I guess it's not necessarily a dealbreaker every time.

Things I AM okay with:
Self-bondage
Nipple play (clothespins, for instance)
I really like Flashteases, but normal teases are fine too.

And remember, I am NOT ALLOWED TO CUM.

One thing that threw me off at first was that nothing happens for the first half hour or so. Maybe it's an hour. I only used it once so far and don't remember. Give it a shot. I really liked the concept of how it works. I think it might need a little more variety, but the base premise you should enjoy.

"Stroke for me" series. It's long.

"Giving up control" series

All 3 have parts with stroking/edging as well as parts with pain or humiliation. Personally I don't like pain, but it can always be skipped.

Chewit's Amy teases are a personal favorite of mine if you're willing to do a tease every day. It fits most of what you asked, but there is some cbt that may or may not be too much for you. I have a somewhat low pain threshold for that and it's bearable, but the judgment on that is up to you. And you can always just skip the part I mentioned, or ease up a bit. Outstanding series with some nice variation overall.

I failed... the first two weeks went well, but I was doing all2true's tease "Stroker's Challenge" for the second time in a week, and I held the last edge just a liiittle too long. Took my hands off, but I came anyway. Semi-ruined it and licked it all off my hand, but I'm still upset with myself. Have to think of a suitable punishment. Considering no touching allowed for at least a week, maybe all the way until the end of the month.
