Hi, I've been searching around the webteases section and was hoping that I could get some help. I'm looking for teases that require you to send in a photo or an email or show some sort of proof that you've completed said webtease. I really appreciate any replies I get, thanks for your time.

Search for "email" and you'll find quite a few.

The chances to get a reply for an old tease are probably slim though.
