How to make Pictures bigger

Hi everyone, I'm making a new tease, first time. I preview it, but I just can't seem to get my pictures bigger, can someone explain what I must do?

I believe that!... Failed. My picture only made my cock bigger. :P Wrong decision I did.

Well, there are lots of tools to make images bigger, many of them free. Paint dot net will do just fine (it can do a lot of other things as well), but you need to be aware that increasing the size of an image will mean quality loss.. slightly increasing it is possible without it looking too bad, but anything more than about 125% of its original size will probably not look too good.
