Please be Careful

A large number of topics and teases involve physical manipulations/administrations/restrictions.
Indeed some severe/extended.

If you have not tried something before
Go the route of at least comfortable pain levels.
With regular checks for serious pain/damage.

There is a big difference between extending your limits and destroying parts of your body.
But the actual acts may be closer than you think.

It may be a case of no pain no gain.
but pain is the bodies way of saying are you sure.

lets be safe out there

I always thought pain was your body's way of saying

Oh god, please make it STOP!

i was Following Lady X's task
and She and i were impressed with my stamina.

Well i woke up this morning with a relapse with my feet.
so knowing it would be at least 4 hours before i could get out of bed
and now housebound for a few days
i had plenty of time to think.

i had started this thread to warn others to be gentle and "Do No Serious Harm".
the reason my stamina was so high is i take serious medications
a total of 28 tablets a day and half of those are painkillers,
The mix being such i am prohibited to drive.

i have no pain with my dangly bits.
But i realise i need to take extra care as any pain i feel is heavily suppressed.
As far as the foot is concerned i have to wear a morphine patch for a few days and be careful as it is becoming numb it feels like walking in snow!
So chaps and chapesses be careful if either of you are on medication.
You could hide serious problems.

Sounds like you learned your lesson the hard way. Hope that it didn't do any long-lasting harm and that you'll be okay soon.

As I said I have not done any damage.

The foot problem has been with me for more than 10 years.
I refuse to get upset, and keep food etc in stock as it now happens every few weeks.
the most annoying was a couple of months ago I had just bought a months travel card and the next day was housebound for a fortnight.

i forgot to mention the other half of my drugs place me in a sort of chemical chastity.
So i require intense ideas/actions etc to arouse me.
Sometimes even "that blue pill" won't work.

That sucks. You pretty much need more than your body might be able to handle safely.. Lady X is not to blame though (not saying you're blaming here, just wanted to make sure that she doesn't feel bad) as she didn't know about your situation.

I hope that you'll find a balance between arousal and safety. Better to be safe than sorry.

I am able to be happy with my lot.
I am not upset with LadyX and lay no blame there.

I was a bit over enthusiastic. that's all.
And fortunately no harm done.

There is no point in being miserable.
It never ever makes the day any better.

things need a little more effort than in my youth.

As I said to my Doctor
Its when I can't take the tablets any more
Then I shall start to worry

LadyX i in no way hold a shred of blame on Your shoulders.

It goes to show that enthusiasm can blur safe practice.

i received no damage from your tease,
my dangly bits are fine and dandy.

The pain i had today was part of my medical conditions.
These include ligament damage in my feet and knees,
i used to race lifts and win in my youth
And diabetes which in my case is hereditary.

These two are the main causes cause the side effects mentioned in today's posts.
i have suffered with these for more than ten years.

CBT with painkillers is just complete madness.

Just a point.

I took part in CBT while on my regular/normal daily medication.

I did not take painkillers specifically to perform CBT.

Hence my mistake.

And my warnings.

As the saying goes

"Familiarity Breeds contempt".

Or sometimes you miss the obvious.
