Legitimate tease?

i was refreshing for a random tease when i came across this one

Having a personnal copy for personal use as long you do not publish it in no problem. It is like copying a paragraphe off a novel on your diary because you like. But do NEVER publish anything that is not yours.
But what is probably illegal is the guy uploading the videos to rapidshare, but it is their problem not yours. And anyway they are probably free preview (I didn't check them).

I am sure there are all sorts of copyright issues about the images and videos posted here or used in the teases. However these are perfectly safe to download and provide the background for a very demanding tease.
