how often should the prostate be milked when in long term denial?

Depends on you, really
The body natrually will release some sperm at day 3
or every 3rd dy.
So you could do it then, or longer.
The full balls feeling does seem to feel greater
if you go longer though
but it is a balance on what your body needs and how often you wish to fulfill those needs
this is denial after all, you are denying yourself something your body wants.

well im thinking more about the health aspect... read somewhere that if the prostate dont get eny realese for a while it could develope cancer and other nasty stuff...
