Usually I write everything.... But this is something a little special. I have a darling friend whom I give instructions to... and this is what he did with more more "open" instructions.

Um, Hate to say it but How did he use THREE vibes?
I would do one anal and one in each hand all at different speeds, no using hands just vibes, I would add a No cumming rule, but that's because I'm not allowed at the moment.
