i think the only advice i can give really is use plenty of water based lube (if you use baby oil etc that can lead to bad stuff happening like bacteria and that)

Yes go slow and start with small toys and then work your way up. Also wearing a buttplug is a nice thing. Use lube, where spit works great too.
