Instead of CyberMistress there's the old program called CyberTease.
Not sure if it'll run on 64-bit systems though, since it's a patchwork of VB and assorted patching.
But if you get it to run, and get it customized to suit your taste, it's great fun.

Uhm......"Well, why would you attempt to?" is honestly my first thought.
However, given that temptation can get the better of us, Points of Intrigue (as mentioned above) should fix that problem.

What I would like is a device that makes it physically impossible to touch or play and makes it physically impossible to remove unless you have a key to remove the lock. I am not opposed to belts or anything. Just looking for the device that offers that so even if I wanted out, I needed the key. Also, I should be able to wear this device for roughly a few days to a week at a time being able to remove it for cleaning and such. I need something that I can still use the bathroom with but still be immune to being removed or being able to play.

hmmmm... sounds like you should get a chastity device...
and if you dont want to be able to get to the key use timelock or piklokit
