A teasing workout

Hi all.
Just seen this vid and thouht it would be great for a tease.
Would suggest you use as a warmup session or as a frustrating session when close to edge.
Your speed should be in sync with the speed they do their workout (ie. 1 stroke for each action), keeping that speed until the next time you see a workout speed.
