SC Asks do you pref sound?

Hello Fello Milovanians
I am starting work on a flash tease that will have stroking and edging
But my question is do you prefer sound?
By this I mean the Beep-Beep-Beep
of a metronome for stroking
Or do you prefer a timer without sound
just instructions such as Stroke once a second (30 sec timer)

Personally I prefer sound since it helps me disconnect a bit more from the clock itself and spend more time focusing on the pictures and instructions themselves...
That said, the ticks could preferably be quite soft - quite a lot of the teases already using sound are using way sharper ticks than necessary imo

Personally, the beeps drive me insane.
Beep....beep....beep....beep....beep...beep......
I end up just turning the volume down so I can't hear 'em.

I think instructions and sound would be ideal and make everyone happy.
Great invention this mute be.

If you use instructions instead of a metronome you're realistically limited to about four stroking speeds.
1 stroke every 2 seconds (30 bpm)
1 stroke per second (60 bpm)
2 strokes per second (120 bpm)
3 strokes per second (180 bpm)
With a metronome you don't have to guess what two strokes per second is and concentrate on the writing and pictures. The metronome also gives the writer more flexibility in varying speeds.

Excatly!
Perhaps different stroking sounds for dif pictures would work?

That is a possibility. If you can find a freeware drum program you could probably vary the sounds with that.
Something like this perhaps.

You'll have to be able to eventually convert that file to an mp3.

Personally I don't like them. They overly bother me though, just a bit annoying after an extended period of time.

I prefer sounds to help keep the rythm. If they are found annoying one could turn the speakers down.

Oh absolutely.
If you put both the instruction and the sound, I can always turn the sound down if I want.
At least that way, I have a choice.

Please please make a tease titled "Stroke to the Rhythm of my Farts" that would be amazing.
Really, I like the metronome noise (like a clock ticking almost)

You laugh, but I'm sure there's a very devoted fetish base that would love that.
On a related note, I bring you the "Better Marriage Blanket:"

I do have to say it depends on the sound. Some sounds give me a headache. Most of the time I like it, though.

So how do stroke to 72, 84, o4 132 beats per minute without a metronome? Unless you're a musician, you probably don't have that internal beat in your head.
