What really really helps get you a big load is being edged, teased and denied repeatedly for at least a week and then being allowed to cum. For an enormous load your gf might want to do this for a month but allow you to service her with your tongue or while wearing a strap on. :whistle: :innocent: :lol:

I've heard that drinking lots of water increases sperm production not sure how true that is but it makes sense !
That and edging lots and lots of denial should do the trick

A multivitamin with zinc is your friend. Makes sure you semen production is at it's maximum capacity.

if you want your load to be the biggest it can be, then take the following:

1 once a day multi vitamin
2 zinc tablets (the bottle should say to take 1)
2 stinging nettle root extract tablets
4 MACA tablets
4 stalks of celery
2 cucumbers
4 litres of water


Take this every day, try holding off cumming for a couple of weeks if you can (one will do, but 2 or more would make it HUGE).

Make sure you do weights during this period too - big compound exercises i.e. squats, deadlifts, bench press, pullups

If you could hold off for a month, you would be shooting holes through walls. But you will notice it after a week.

Don't drink alcohol or smoke cigarettes during this time and eat healthy - salads, vegetables, fruits (lots of berries and pineapple), lean meat.
