The sexiest voice I have ever heard from an online dominatrix is Mistress Whiplash (http://www.mistresswhiplash.com) - I just cannot resist a lovely English accent. Voices are like wine with all the different nuances they can contain. Nikki's has that playful tone that is so fun to listen to, but it combines that with a dominant undercurrent which ensure there is no mistaking who is in charge. A big bonus for me is that it is free from any overriding accent which would ruin the playful tone, but it is deep enough to be sultry and seductive. So, yeah: Nikki.
