Actually a very interesting idea, I found. For me the best part, which didn't even occur to me until later, was that I could get easily stuck on one of the "self-control tests". If I orgasmed during one, that means I'd have to give at least 76 orgasms before getting back to that same test again! However, the test would then be repeated!

Maybe an orgasm costs 100 points at the end instead of 25. Or she takes a week of vacation after you finally pass one self controll night. There could be so so much...
