I think you'll find that for many of us this resides solely in the fantasy department. Even for those of us for whom it doesn't, a lot of us have only done anything like this with significant others we were already attracted to.

For me personally, I enjoy femdom because it allows me to put myself second and please the woman I am serving. If I'm not attracted to the woman I'm serving, I'm not going to be as into it. This is all nice intellectual discussion. However, I actually completed the tease and was fortunate enough to cum at the end based on the random instructions.
