Why is this?
I have two ideas.
1. It's a "power" thing; the porn industry believes that it's sexier for him to wank over her face to demean the female.
2. It's a technical thing. The director believes that the cum will be best directed on the girl's face if the guy does it.

I think it's more number 2 than the first option.

There's another aspect to consider: A lot of guys lack the dicipline and the ability to give up control you need in order to let her bring you all the way.
