'The Spiral' Chastity Device

Miss Jay's spotted a chastity device for me which she really likes the look of, and I'm considering buying it, however it does cost quite a bit and I thought I'd ask if anyone has had any experience with a device like this? Is it comfortable under clothes (no pinching etc)?
Any opinions would be very welcome :-)

Ever considered a steelworxx one Dan,

I own 2 of them and the part having the waist band makes it very comfortable.

You can even have them powder painted which is very nice and makes it almost impossible to have an allergic reaction to the device.

I think I sent Miss Jay a picture of them, if not I can do so.

I've had a look, but I don't think a belt design would work well for me. I have to take my shirt off pretty often for certain parts of my course at uni and I don't think I'd like to explain the belt! It's bad enough explaining some of the scratches and marks Miss Jay leaves on me!

And as Miss Jay has already pointed out, she really likes the relatively open design of this one - I think teasing my cock through my chastity device is becoming her new hobbie :\'-(

This one does look pretty similar (bar the belt), is that one of the ones you own?

Ohhh I understand.

Yes sir that is the one.

The second one I got last week has a custom made cage, I found the default one having rings a bit bulky.

I had the second made with the Steelheart 2 cage , whis is totally closed except for the ending.

Ventilation is not as good but the total circumference of the tube being smaller makes it more wearable under jeans.

I understand your concern about the belt, although the strap is rather thin, the problem I might see with a steel cage type is it's weight, being heavier it would tend to pull forward and downwards hence not making it very secure. And also you don't want a steel device too tight either, but if you have no problem with your curve, maybe you could use a steel device.

Steelworxx also has beltless models, and various cages types in the same price area I think,

ANyway if you need advice on their products let me know, I ll give you my fair and honest opinion, so far I bought 2 devices from them and all I can say is that Dietmar there has been more than nice and smooth to deal with.

Ah good find! I assume it's not made from as good quality materials, but would be fun to play with for short periods I guess!

My main concern with the one in my original post was pinching - I'm not circumcised and the main problem I had with the cb6000 was foreskin pinching on clothes etc through the vent at the front. I'm not sure if that's a problem with these, although it doesn't look like it will be.

yeah both look cool 8-)

if the cheaper one is not too great a material you could try a coat of chrome car spray paint. or you could try and make ur own by bending a whisk and then welding a....

no perhaps not ! they do look good tho :-D

So just get circumcised Dan. Problem solved!

circumcision is pretty awesome though.

It's weird how some guys are so scared of it.

I am surprised that no one has mentioned this site: http://www.chastitytube.com/device.html . At the first mention of "The Spiral" I thought of this. If you go to this page, scroll down a ways and you will see the one I was thinking of (number 14 or number 15). In my humble opinion (though I have no direct experience with it), it is probably a much more comfortable and better built device. My understanding is that all of the chastity devices that Lori sells are individually hand made and can be customized in several different ways. And if you have a piercing, or can be talked into getting one, any of Her devices should be completely escape-proof.

(whispered): but Dan, don't let Miss Jay find out about this site.... way too many ideas will begin swarming in Her mind.

Lori's devices are apparently good too from what I heard, however I have no experience with them.

There is also maturemetal that seems to make nice ones http://www.maturemetal.com
he uses 316 surgical stainless steel which is good. I exchanged a few Emails with the guy there and he's been very friendly even if in the end I ended up not buying a device from him.

As for the cheap ones found on Ebay or elswhere, I would be cautious, there are devices out there made of "surgical stainless steel" but i fact the quality of the metal is not guaranteed there are different grades of stainless steel out there, that is not always mentioned. I've heard horror stories of metal devices bought on ebay that were made in china and they had rust issues, not sure I would want to put my precious package in there......

Keep in mind also that if you deal with companies like Lori's, Steelworxx, Neosteel and even maturemetal, they will usually at low extra if any make customizations to their offered devices, which in some cases might be good.

Last piece of advice before using stainless steel devices, be wary of allergies or reactions to nickel, some people can have problems with that, if you can have it coated in paint that can also be an alternative.

Anyway I don't want to see like a pessimist but I own quite a few devices and tried many of them and did some homework that I thought might be useful to some of you out there.

 Miss Jay discovered it a long time ago!

I'm not interested in getting it pierced, so I don't think any of those would be too good. They look rather bulky anyway, although I'm sure they are pretty decently made from the reviews I've read.
